Additional rental information
- All riders must have a helmet.
- (Cosmetic) Damage to a rental bicycle will be repaired at the renter’s expense.
- Bicycles returned with excessive dirt, mud and debris will be assessed a $25 cleaning surcharge.
- Standard labor rates apply for bicycle modifications needed at a customer’s request.
- Equipment rental requires a signed rental agreement, a credit card and a driver’s license.
- E-bikes are not available for children under 18.
- Delivery; $10 up to 6 bikes per load within 10 miles of Ben’s Bikes.
